Our standard shipping is always included in the price. Should you have any questions about the ordering process, shipping or returning items, please contact us at service@aqvarossa.com

Standard shipping Switzerland: 2 - 5 business days
Standard shipping Europe: 5 - 7 business days
Standard shipping outside Europe: 7 - 10 days

You can not wait for your new favorite piece to arrive, you need express or "same day delivery"? Then please contact us directly at +41 76 448 97 13 or service@aqvarossa.com . We are more than happy to find the perfect solution for you!

If an ordered item does not appeal to you, you can return it within 25 days after receiving it. Just send a mail to service@aqvarossa.com and we will send you the details for your return. Please note that items on sale can not be refunded. We are happy though to exchange the size or help you with small changes on the fit.

Customs Fees - All parcels are sent from Switzerland and are subject to import regulations which may incur duties or taxes that are applied as the items enter the county. We have designed our system to apply this duty on our behalf, but in the rare event that you would get charged duties, tax or fees, please just send us a copy of this transaction and we will gladly cover the costs and reimburse you.
