How to care for your new AQVAROSSA piece

If you are not wearing your AQVAROSSA garment for a few months, it is best to keep it in a cool, dark and dry place. Ideally, the garment is dry-cleaned or washed by hand according to the instructions, before it is stored in a garment bag with moth repellent.

Knitwear is best laid flat to keep it in shape. Use the self-cleaning powers of our wool: simply hang up your pieces in the morning mist or in a steamy bathroom, and the natural fibres will clean themselves and make creases disappear.

Silk

The silk we use is GOTS certified and organic. This means it is processed and manufactured sustainably from start to finish. It is produced in a safe and fair working environment, using only dyes that are free from potentially harmful toxins and chemicals and in a way that minimises waste.

Maker

For this collection we have worked closely with a highly skilled maker in the heart of West London. As a local studio with an experienced team including some of the best fabric cutters and in-house ateliers, they are perfectly positioned to ensure that a meticulous level of detail is met on every single piece. Their expertise working with luxury brands and bespoke one off styles makes them the perfect partner for this unique collection and their proximity to our own London creative studio ties in with our ongoing work towards sustainability and traceability.
